Q355NE thickness is 6mm-40mm, tensile strength is 470MPa-630MPa, yield strength is not less than 335MPa, and elongation is not less than 21%.

Cutting of Q355NE and Q355E steel plates:

The steel plate cutting adopts laser cutting and flame cutting. The thickness of the laser cutting steel plate is 8mm-30mm, and the flame cutting the low alloy steel plate below 400mm.

Q355NE and Q355E steel plate set rolling:

Steel plate fixed rolling requires steel plate thickness 8mm-500mm, width according to the mill width of the manufacturer. For example, the rolling mill width of Wugang wide and thick plate production line is 4200mm wide, but the width of the production steel plate shall not exceed 4020mm. The standard stipulates that the Z-direction performance is only applicable to flat products with a thickness of ≥16mm.
